Grafting in Purl, using knitting stitches & a knitting needle
An easier way to Kitchener Stitch, part 2
Leave the sewing needle in the cross stitch kit where it belongs. This is easier grafting with a knitting needle. Today’s post shows PURL grafting on a stockinette background.
A line of purl would be useful to connect two textured fabrics, or to make a fold line at the top of a tubular bind off, or at the top of a double knitting project.
